I started making fascinators 3 years ago when I decided to go to the Spring Racing Carnival in Melbourne with some friends. I did all the normal things that a girl does; shopping, shopping and more shopping. I found "The" dress and "The" shoes.....But struggled to find "The" fascinator....So I created a masterpiece
